Why open a Business Account?

Quick application process

We offer a rapid application process so you can set up your Business Account in no time at all.

A credit check will be carried out and if you’re successful, a Business Account will be set up within one working day. Please note: To ensure the application is verified, a phone call may be required for security before the application is successful.

Eligibility Criteria

We require the following criteria to be met in order to be eligible for a Business Account:

  • Registered as a Limited Company
  • Trading for more than 2 years
  • Have up-to-date accounts filed at Companies House
  • Average monthly spend of at least £500*
  • The first order placed on a pro-forma basis

*We require an average monthly spend of £500 to be eligible for our credit facility. We are aware that many of our customers take advantage of the great savings our Own Brand cartridges offer. In this case, we will consider a lower average monthly spend.

Net monthly credit, 0% interest

We offer Net monthly credit terms and provide flexible credit limits with a 0% interest rate. Please be aware that payment must be received via BACs by the end of the following month of the invoice.

No contracts or hidden charges

We’ll never tie you into a contract when you sign up for a business account. We recognise that when you’re buying office supplies, you want to do so without having to worry about any hidden clauses. For that reason, we’ve decided to offer accounts without the need for a contract

Spend £30 or more for free delivery on your order

We offer free, tracked delivery when you spend £30 or more. Most deliveries arrive within 2 days after dispatch. However please allow up to 5 days for delivery before contacting us. This service uses multiple carriers such as Evri and DPD depending on size and weight restrictions. DPD delivery methods are available on most orders and this will be offered at the checkout when available. If you choose one of these options on a normal working day, your order will be dispatched on the same day if you order before 6:00pm. The expected delivery day will also be shown in the checkout when ordering.

  • Tracked DPD Next Working Day Pre-12:00 – £7.99
  • Tracked DPD Next Working Day Pre-10:30 – £14.99

Lowest online prices

We monitor our competitors’ prices on a daily basis to ensure we offer our customers the best possible prices. We do this by analysing online retailers directly and where they appear via Google Shopping and price comparison websites. In the unlikely event that you do find a product at a lower price through a UK based online retailer, we will refund 100% of the difference up to 30 days after your purchase. Terms and Conditions apply.

How long does it take to process my application?
We typically respond to Business Account applications within one working day. Our office is open 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
What are your payment terms?
We offer Net Monthly credit terms (payment must be received by the end of the following month of the invoice). We provide flexible credit limits with a 0% interest rate.
How do I order using my credit account?
You can place orders using your Business Account on our website. Once your account is approved, your credit will be available to spend on the payment method page of the checkout.
Can I send orders to different addresses?
Yes. You can set up multiple addresses under your account so that your supplies get sent to the places that need them.
Is there a minimum spend for my account?
We require an average monthly spend of £500 to be eligible for our credit facility. We are aware that many of our customers take advantage of the great savings our Own Brand cartridges offer. In this case, we will consider a lower average monthly spend.
Is there a minimum term contract?
Not at all. However, we are proud of our exceptional service and offer the lowest prices to ensure you won’t want to go anywhere else. If your account is inactive for more than one month, we will endeavour to contact you to see if there is anything we can help you with and that we have up to date account details.
What credit limit can I expect to receive?
We assess credit applications on a case-by-case basis but offer a maximum of £1,500 as an initial credit limit. Once orders/payments have been made, we will review this limit and increase if required.
